BotMultichillT seemed to not honor a request to deny bot
The edit Special:Diff/672127507 appeared to ignore a {{Bots}} deny request against BotMultichillT. If I have made a mistake in the syntax in usage of the template fair enough, otherwise can you please explain the failure to respect the request. Thankyou. - @Djm-leighpark: Dunno, you shouldn't have added it to the file anyway, see Commons:Ownership of pages and files. Multichill (talk) 16:43, 7 July 2022 (UTC)
Disagreement with administrative action
I strongly disagree with your administrative actions regarding the distribution of media files by year. I have already discussed this topic with another Wikimedia Commons administrator - @Butko: did this on his own initiative and as a result, it became much easier to search for media files, since, for example, more than 20 thousand of them have been downloaded from the website of the President of Russia since 2008, from the website of the Government of Moscow - about 5 thousand, etc. MasterRus21thCentury (talk) 07:00, 15 July 2022 (UTC)

Bulk transfer request.
Hi,
A while back Fae was kind enough to upload all the CCE volumes held at IA, to Commons (as PDF).
Since then some quality issues have been identified with some of those PDF's, mostyl to do with the readability of certain pages and fine print.
Would it be possible for someone like yourself , that's experienced in writing scripts, and listed on the Bulk uploads request page to consider running some kind of tool-forge script to re-upload the volumes based on what would essentially be an automated version of IA-Upload, deriving hi quality DJVU versions from the high quality scans IA holds?
IA category: https://archive.org/details/copyrightrecords. RSS feed : https://archive.org/services/collection-rss.php?collection=copyrightrecords
Metadata for each volume should be imported from IA's...
It would be useful to have these volumes so that commons admins can use them in responding to DR's and other related queries :)
I was also considering proposing it as MASSIVE project on Wikisource, to get these transcribed (albiet matched against the existing Project Gutenberg Transcriptions where possible, No need to re do the OCR if it's already been done...) ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 08:44, 17 July 2022 (UTC)
- Not really my cup of tea. We used to have Commons:Batch uploading to post these kind of things, but that seems to have become the place where batch uploading proposals go to die silently :-( Multichill (talk) 09:25, 17 July 2022 (UTC)
Hello, please update the description of this file again with the robot because the fundamental changes have been made in the file and its license has also changed. Thank youCaesarIran (talk) 17:13, 23 July 2022 (UTC)
License update
Hello Multichill,
Follwing contributer's request, I plan to run a bot to update 5,000+ files' wikitext to dual CC-BY-SA + CC0 licences, example diff.
Your bot also work on these files, on the structured data license property (see the edit prior to my bot).
As Dragons Bot update the wikitexts, how should we proceed to update the structured data properties ? Will your bot automatically follow mine ? Yug (talk) 16:52, 24 July 2022 (UTC)
- Alternatively, it seems I could use Help:Gadget-ACDC to add P275 (license) : Q6938433 (CC0), in an semi-automatic way. This gadget heat up pretty fast tho. A category with 5,000 is borderline... Yug (talk) 19:19, 24 July 2022 (UTC)
