Hi! Yes we love the curvy ‘d’ in the logo, gives the logo an unexpected twist. We also like how the different weights of the text in both languages, in bold and regular, give the logo a balanced look. It could easily look busy, but we think it works really well!

Working with bilingual design can present it’s own challenges but, as you’ve stated, this example works well. I also like the customised ‘d’ in Cardiff that helps form the dot of the ‘i’. As you said, small details make a big difference!
