Yes, I think it is about the same stone. Then my proposal is to keep File:Opschrift steen onderste laag fundering - Zweeloo - 20228180 - RCE.jpg because this one is much better and clearer and is indeed reusable, and still delete the other one, because it is vague and does not show at a glance what it is about.  Comment Even better idea: keep both. I uploaded a version in higher resolution for the other file. Because this file can't be found at RCE anymore, it's even more important to keep it here at Commons. This file might be interesting for people interested in the Church of Zweeloo~.
