Følgende skabeloner giver resultatet der ses nedenunder.

Prøv at skifte sprog i øverste linje lige lige før dit brugernavn du vil da se titlen på det valgte sprog (her mulighederne dansk, tysk, engelsk og spansk).

Felter der ikke bruges kan undlades. feks hvis "| department = " er tom kan det undlades, men det er ikke nødvendigt.
